By registering for the Night Run for Inclusion, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Eligibility
All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. The event is open to individuals of all ages; however, participants under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or guardian. -
Registration Fee
The registration fee is PKR 2,500 and must be paid in full to confirm participation. Registrations are considered complete only after successful payment. -
No Refund Policy
All registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation or non-attendance. -
Event Participation
Participants agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply. -
Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in the event. The organizers will not be held liable for any injury, illness, or health issue arising before, during, or after the event. A standby ambulance will be available at the venue to provide immediate medical assistance if required. -
Event Changes or Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. -
Media & Photography Consent
By participating, you grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, videos, or recordings of the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. -
Race Kit Collection
Participants must collect their race kits (T-shirt and bib number) prior to the event as per the communicated schedule. -
Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk. The organizers, partners, and sponsors will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury.
